We offer a wide range of tools such as: magnetic cylinders, print cylinders, varnish rollers, embossing rollers, gears, etc. Thanks to our customers' trust, constantly growing experience, and continuous development, we have gained an established position in both the Polish and international markets.

Our magnetic cylinders are made of the highest quality steel, with bearers hardened to a hardness of 60-62 HRC. The gears are heat-treated to a hardness of 33 HRC and blackened. What distinguishes Rotary Sp. z o.o. from other suppliers on the market is the solid and well-thought-out construction of the cylinders, which enables bearer replacement and future regeneration.

Print cylinders from Rotary are made of aluminium. To increase scratch resistance, the rollers undergo anodizing (including hard anodizing). At the client's request or based on the machine manufacturer's recommendations, our cylinders can be equipped with ground and hardened gears of a high precision class, which ensures perfect print quality (free of so-called gear marks). The cylinders are manufactured on modern CNC lathes, allowing for high-precision machining.
