K1

The K1 is our entry level model for narrow web Digital & Flexographic printers who are looking for a reasonable investment. The K1 operates at 100 meters per minute with a 55mm to 200mm lay flat production. Optional kits may be purchased for narrow web production up to 18mm. The machine is portable on wheels and may be powered via 110V or 220V power. The solvent application is via wick and the forming system utilizes the proven Karlville fully adjustable forming design. The machine features a cantilevered unwind & rewind. The rewind has the Karlville oscillation system integrated into the rewind shaft. The K1 is easy to operate and offers lay flat tolerances well within industry standards. For the K1, we also provide web based services to help you jump start your operation

K2

Our K2 model is our most popular with over 200 units fabricated. This stand alone machine operates at 300 meter per minute and forms the sleeves via an adjustable forming section. The machine is available in 300mm and 400mm lay-flat models. The machine features fast changeover rewind and unwind air shafts. Optional QC Package, Open Seam Detector, Unwind Perforation & Micro Edge Guide for Solvent Needle sold for top converting practices. The K2 machine may be upgraded with Turret Rewind, sold as K2 RTC Model.

K3

This stand alone machine operates at 500 meter/min and forms the sleeves via an adjustable forming system. The K3 body is the basis for K4 and K5 models, and can be upgraded for higher levels of production with Turret Unwinds and Turret Rewinds. The machine may be design in two available widths 350mm & 500mm lay-flat. The machine features fast changeover rewind and unwind air shafts and unwind perforation capability.

The i1 model operates in forward & backward directions with memory functions to return roll to defect position. The machine operates at 300 meters / min and is designed for shrink sleeve inspection process without in-line continuous perforations. A strobe synchronized by photo sensor is a standard accessory. Flexible packaging and adhesive label materials may be inspected with lay-on roller option.
